Brickhouse BBQ & Central Waters Team up for a Madison Craft Beer Week Beer Dinner! Sunday, May 6th @ 5pm
This is a very exciting event for us! Central Waters has provided us with pieces of barrel wood that previously held both bourbon (from Heaven Hill Distillery) and the Cental Waters Bourbon Barrel Cherry Stout which will be used in the production of several courses. Each course will also be paired with beer, and we have some great ones for you!
Our new Chef, Bret Myrland (formerly of Ocean Grill & Blue Marlin) has created a fantastic menu, and our bartenders are working on crafting a beer cocktail to cap off the dinner. This will be a dinner you will not want to miss! Tickets are available for purchase in advance at the 1st floor bar, or by phone for Will-Call pickup the day of the event (IDs required at entry for each guest). Tickets are $50+tax and include everything listed below. Additional beer servings may also be purchased after the event, but will not be served otherwise before the event.
1st Course Beer: Central Waters Honey-Blonde
Cask-Smoked King Crab Salad: Neuskies pork lardon, grilled red onion, chiffonade asparagus, citrus- honey blonde vinaigrette
2nd Course Beer: Central Waters Illumination Double IPA
Bitter-braised beef short ribs, bourbon smoked sweet potato, ginger-Illumination reduction
3rd Course Beer: Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout
Bourbon stout glazed pork belly, roasted potato, mushroom, arugula, sugared-stout glaze
4th Course Beer: Central Waters Peruvian Morning
Bavarian coffee-chocolate cake with beer simple syrup & fresh raspberries
5th Course: Central Water Beer Cocktail - TBD

About Us:
The Brickhouse BBQ is a full service BBQ restaurant, featuring meats smoked in-house, creative appetizers, salads, entrees, and vegetarian options. All menu items, down to our delectible sauces are made fresh daily.
Each of our three bars features 40 taps highlighting the best microbrews the Midwest has to offer and an exceptional selection of small batch bourbon and rye.
Keep an eye out for our monthly beer events and special offerings from Midwest breweries found only at the Brickhouse BBQ.
Our rooftop outdoor patio has the hottest seats in town with amazing views of the Capital Dome and the Madison skyline.
